Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, the home is thoughtfully laid out across three levels. On the ground floor, you will find a large dining room with a sea view and a cozy sofa, alongside a large living room featuring a television and further stunning views of the water. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, and a large fridge. A convenient laundry room with a washing machine and a separate toilet complete the main level.

The sleeping arrangements are spread across the upper floors to ensure privacy. The first floor hosts a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a bathroom featuring a double sink, shower, and WC. The second floor provides a second bedroom containing a double bed and two single beds (90cm).

Enjoy the fresh air on the outdoor terrace and small garden, an ideal spot to relax or utilize the electric barbecue. The property serves as a central hub for exploration, located just 5 minutes from the towns of Carantec and Morlaix, with direct access to the coastal hiking trails of the GR 34.
