• Access: The apartment is accessible only via stairs; a car is necessary as the property is reached via an unpaved road.
• Electricity: A daily allowance of 20Kw is included for stays of 2-27 nights; additional consumption is charged at 3.85 mxn/kw. Electricity is not included for stays of 28+ nights.
• Policies: No pets, no smoking, and no parties or excessive noise after 10 pm.
• Age Requirement: Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
• Cleaning: A mandatory cleaning fee of $50 USD applies every 21 nights.
• Other: A signed Rental Agreement is required; outdoor security cameras are in use for safety.
