The main level is the heart of the home, boasting a living area and a dining space perfectly suited for gathering. For the gourmets in your group, the fully stocked kitchen is ready for preparing full meals. Step outside onto the deck to find a private hot tub, the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach while enjoying the refreshing ocean breeze.

Practical conveniences are located on the ground level, including a carport, washer and dryer, and an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand.

Perfectly positioned for exploring Nags Head, you are just a 4-minute drive from Fish Heads Bar & Grill and minutes away from local favorites. Jennette's Pier, Sam & Omie's, Whalebone Park, and the Nags Head Outlets are all within a 7 to 8-minute drive. Please note that a beach nourishment project is underway in Nags Head through summer 2026, which may temporarily affect the beach area near the property.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with check-out by 10:00 AM. Up to two dogs are warmly welcomed with a $150 pet fee. To comply with HOA guidelines and local law, the booking guest must be 23 or older and present for the stay; for non-family groups, all guests must be 23+. A payment schedule of 50% at confirmation and 50% due 30 days before check-in applies. Fines of up to $300 may be issued for unregistered pets, unapproved late departures, or leaving the house excessively messy. A starter supply of toiletries and paper products is provided.
