The property is thoughtfully designed to offer both togetherness and privacy, consisting of two beautifully maintained private cabins. The entire guest portion of the compound is reserved for your group, ensuring a secluded experience. The sleeping arrangements feature 5 bedrooms and 5 beds across the two buildings, with 3 bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests.

The Main Lodge, known as "Tom," is rich in character and timeless appeal. It features soaring vaulted log ceilings, pine-paneled walls, Native American carvings, and original Sprucewold furnishings. Guests will love the magnificent sea-stone fireplace and the cozy gas fireplace for cool Maine evenings. This lodge includes 3 bedrooms (one king, one queen, and two twins), a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a comfortable family room with a large flat-screen TV. For those needing a quiet moment, there is a sun porch with a dedicated workspace and a large laundry room. Outside, an expansive deck provides seating for 8-9 guests and a gas grill for family BBQs.

The Guest Cabin, known as "Dick," is a warm and welcoming gathering place ideal for friends or extended family. This cabin offers 2 bedrooms (one queen and two twins) and a bathroom featuring an original claw-foot tub. The highlight is the large great room with vaulted ceilings, a full-size pool table, and a sea-stone fireplace with a gas insert. A TV lounge area provides Roku and Wi-Fi access, along with board games and movies. The cabin also includes a dining area, a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, and a covered porch overlooking the grounds.

Outside, the cabins are arranged around a spacious shared yard and expansive outdoor grounds, featuring a fire pit area and picnic spaces. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the private Sprucewold Association Beach, located approximately one mile away. This secluded sandy beach is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. When you are ready to explore, downtown Boothbay Harbor, local shops, dining, and Barrett Park are all within a scenic walk.
