This spacious 3,600 square foot retreat is configured with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. The layout features 6 king suites, each serving as a private sanctuary with its own ensuite bathroom and smart TV. To maximize sleeping capacity, the upstairs game room includes two queen-size sleeper sofas with linens provided. The main floor offers the added convenience of a powder bathroom and a connecting laundry room.

Inside, the open floor plan is anchored by an enchanting main room featuring a custom-made 64-bulb pendant light fixture. The full-size kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting a waterfall-edge granite island that seats six, two French door refrigerators, a "Sonic style" under-counter ice maker, and a fully stocked array of bakeware and utensils. For group meals, a custom 11-foot dining table comfortably seats 14-16 guests.

Entertainment is abundant throughout the property. The massive upstairs loft and game room are equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, and a game table, alongside a 65-inch smart TV with HDMI connectivity for personal consoles. All televisions throughout the lodge feature DirecTV Stream service.

Outdoor living is where Fox Trot Lodge truly shines. Guests can enjoy a private pickleball and basketball court featuring an NBA-size backboard. The 1,500 square foot covered back porch is a destination in itself, offering a gas fireplace, a seating area for 12, a large hot tub, and a handcrafted chevron-style dining table for 14-16 guests. Further outdoor fun includes ping pong, cornhole, and wall-mounted Connect 4. For a serene evening, relax by the oversized custom firepit nestled between two seasonal creeks.

Centrally located, the lodge provides easy access to the Broken Bow Lake area, the marina, and Beavers Bend State Park. You'll find yourself minutes away from local favorites like The Blue Rooster, Grateful Head, Abendigo's, and Girl's Gone Wine.
