This inviting home accommodates up to 7 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main level features two comfortable bedrooms, including a master with an ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom equipped with two full-sized beds. For additional flexibility, a futon is located in the basement. The heart of the home is an open-concept kitchen and dining area that is light and airy, featuring a large dining table and a fully updated kitchen. Guests can enjoy the lake views from a dedicated seating area or relax in the screened-in sunroom, which provides a wonderful space for outdoor dining and evening relaxation before stepping out onto the deck.

On the lower level, a cozy family room serves as a getaway for cooler evenings, complete with a woodstove, couch, and a walkout leading directly to the waterside. This space is equipped for entertainment with a TV, VCR/DVD player, stereo system, and a Gitoni European foosball table for some friendly competition.

Outside, the property is designed for lakefront living. A new dock with steps allows easy access to crystal-clear water, which is shallow at the shoreline and deepens quickly for diving at the end of the dock. While the lake is motor-free to preserve the peace, guests can explore via two paddleboats. The grounds include a wrap-around deck, four Muskoka chairs, and a firepit with bench seating. For those seeking activity, the front of the property features a large horseshoe driveway and a big open area for games.

Located just south of Bancroft, you are only 5 minutes from downtown shopping and dining, and 15 minutes from the hiking and biking trails of Silent Lake Provincial Park. Other nearby gems include the Village Playhouse, the Bancroft Mineral Museum, and the scenic Eagle's Nest Lookout.
