This first-floor sanctuary is designed for a restful vacation for two guests. The layout includes:

• 1 Bedroom with one comfy king-sized bed and a new mattress
• 1 Bathroom with a personal shower area

The interior features a clean and modern kitchen space with concrete floors and countertops, equipped with a kitchenette that includes a mini-fridge, a 2-burner propane stove, a sink, a french press for coffee, and all necessary utensils. For your comfort, the unit is equipped with air-conditioning and a smart TV. Outside your door, you will find a personal patio with a foot wash area to rinse off sandy feet after a day at the beach.

Practical Info & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (well-behaved dogs and cats) with a fee of 450 pesos
• Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on housekeeping schedules for a fee of 500 pesos per request
• Please use the outdoor shower to rinse off before entering the pool or hot tub
• Ensure all gas grill knobs and valves are turned off after use
• Dispose of sanitary wipes and toilet paper in provided trash cans due to sensitive septic systems
• Guests are advised to keep windows and doors closed to keep out indigenous desert animals
