Inside the tiny house, you will find a thoughtfully designed space including a kitchenette equipped with a glass cooktop, microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer, along with a dining table. For your entertainment and comfort, the home is equipped with air conditioning and a 42-inch Roku smart TV; please bring your own passwords for streaming subscriptions as cable is not provided.

Outdoor living is where this property truly shines. You can relax in the hammock or unwind by the gas fire pit with your favorite beverage, taking in the salty air and watching nature's show of seals frolicking and eagles and osprey fishing against the backdrop of glowing sunsets.

• Noise: Located in a residential neighborhood where sound travels; no loud music or noise of any kind is permitted at any time.
• Water Access: While the home is on the water, there is no direct water access due to a steep embankment. The nearest public launch for kayaks or SUPs is 4 miles away.
• Safety: The cottage is within 75 feet of the water; close supervision of children is required at all times.
• Transportation: Route 123 is a narrow road without shoulders and is not recommended for biking, walking, or running.
