TheCC The home is thoughtfully configured with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. This unique 2BR unit features its own private entrance, ensuring a sense of independence, and is separate from the main house. Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of a few locked closets and cabinets. To enhance the peaceful atmosphere, the courtyard is shared with the main house, providing a safe and quiet environment for all visitors.

Uber services are also easy and convenient to access from this location.

To ensure a high-quality experience for all, please adhere to the following house rules: Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 1:00 AM, with check-out by 11:00 AM. Parties and events are strictly prohibited; violations may result in immediate reservation cancellation and loss of the security deposit. Outside furniture and decorations are not permitted. We ask that outside noise be kept to a minimum after 10 PM and that any visitors be approved in advance. Please ensure your guest count is accurate at the time of booking to avoid eviction. Exterior security cameras are in place for your safety.

We are delighted to be a pet-friendly property! A fee of $100 per pet per stay applies. Additionally, an extra guest fee of $25 per person per night is applicable after the first 2 guests. A security deposit of $500 USD is required. Please refer to the platform's cancellation policy, noting that no refunds are provided within 30 days of check-in for website bookings.
