About Property

Welcome to Tipsy Seagull, a bayfront escape designed for laid-back island living, sunset views, and days spent on the water. Located on Dauphin Island, Alabama, this second-floor retreat is an ideal choice for anglers, boaters, bird watchers, and anyone looking to enjoy the quieter side of the island.

The home features a thoughtfully designed layout with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a SE King Suite featuring a king bed, TV, and a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer. For additional guests, the SW Bunk Room offers two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The Jack and Jill bathroom connects the king suite and the common area, highlighted by a walk-in shower with an overhead skylight.

Step inside to a bright, open living space where large sliding glass doors frame beautiful bay views and lead directly to the deck. The kitchen is both stylish and functional, boasting white shaker cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a mosaic tile backsplash in soft coastal tones. For added convenience, a breakfast bar provides extra seating and a wet bar with a freestanding ice maker is available for entertaining.

Outdoor living is the centerpiece of this property. The expansive wraparound deck offers multiple seating areas for morning coffee or sunset views. The private dock is fully equipped for water enthusiasts with a boat slip, fish cleaning station, solar lighting, and flood lights. Guests can even arrange for charter boats to pick them up directly from the dock.

Located near the heart of Dauphin Island, you are just a short distance from public Gulf access and the white sand beaches. Explore the nearby Audubon Bird Sanctuary, Fort Gaines, and the Alabama Aquarium at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab. The property is a haven for wildlife viewing, where you can spot pelicans, ospreys, eagles, and occasionally dolphins.
