Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom featuring a queen bed with premium linens and a down comforter, along with an ultra comfortable queen sleeper sofa. The layout is completed by a seating area with two cozy chairs and a small table with stools, perfect for a card game or light work. For additional guests, two Twin XL foam sleeping mattresses are available for a fee. The tent is equipped for all seasons with a cozy wood stove, electric heater, and heating pad for colder months, and a portable AC for the summer heat.

Outside, a front porch with comfy chairs leads to a charming outdoor seating area complete with Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, bistro lights, and a fire ring for roasting marshmallows under the stars.

While the structured amenities are minimal, the property offers an enchanting setting with access to a gorgeous cedar Bath House featuring individual showers and toilets just steps away. Guests can enjoy onsite activities like cornhole, giant Jenga, and chess, or walk to the Desert of Maine mini golf course. For total rejuvenation, the Unwind Nordic Spa (available for a daily fee) provides a custom-built sauna, a stone salt water plunge pool with a waterfall, a hot tub, and a cold plunge tub for contrast therapy.
