• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the building, on the steps, and on the roof deck.
• Please remove shoes inside and use provided cutting boards on kitchen counters.
• Bicycles are welcome but must be locked to the bike rack and not brought inside.
• Guests who disrupt neighbors or other guests may be subject to a noise fee starting at $100.
