The second floor offers a bedroom with one Queen bed and another with two Twin beds, which share a bathroom. Additionally, there is a second bedroom with one King bed and a private en-suite, and a fifth bedroom featuring one Bunk Bed (Twin over Twin) plus an additional Twin bed.

While general property amenities are limited, the home is rich in specific room details. The living and family rooms both feature TVs, as do all the bedrooms. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen for family dining, a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer, and central air conditioning throughout. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets and parties are not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home (a $250 fee applies); smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Resort amenity access requires a one-time fee paid by card to the clubhouse ($35 for up to 12 guests). Optional services include BBQ grill rental for $100 per stay, pool heat for $35 per day (2-day minimum), and mid-stay cleaning for $230.
