MAIN LEVEL LIVING + BONUS LOWER LOUNGE Two Queen bedrooms, a full bathroom, chef’s kitchen, dining room and Parlor are conveniently located on the main level, with easy access from the front entrance with just one step up. The lower-level Tiki Lounge gives your group a bonus space to relax, watch a movie, listen to music or spread out.

CHEF'S KITCHEN & DINING
Our spacious chef's kitchen is designed for cooking, sharing food and enjoying time together. The large walnut-top island offers plenty of room for meal prep, morning coffee or pulling up a stool with a drink. An ILVE dual-fuel range, Bosch French-door refrigerator, quality cookware and a wide range of cooking and serving essentials make it a kitchen that's truly set up for cooking.

PARLOR
Anchoring the home's original turret, the Parlor blends historic character with comfortable mid- century styling. Bay windows bring in natural light and garden views, while the Smart TV, comfortable seating and soft-close doors make it a cozy second living space.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOM
Two uniquely styled Queen bedrooms feature high ceilings, luxurious layered bedding, plush robes, dimmable lighting and restored vintage campaign desks. Two Twin beds can also be arranged in select areas of the home or configured together as one King upon request.

PRIVATE BACKYARD & DECK
Relax in the hammock chairs or outdoor sectional surrounded by mature trees and bamboo. A BBQ is available for grilling, and two fire options are available upon request. Bistro lights and accent lighting add a warm glow for crisp Seattle evenings outdoors.

TIKI LOUNGE & MEDIA SPACE
Our lower-level Mid-Century Modern Tiki Lounge is dedicated to music, movies and hanging out. Explore our curated vinyl collection, enjoy the Tiki Bar, watch a movie on the large 4K Smart TV, play some music or break out the karaoke. Musical instruments include electric and acoustic guitars, keyboard and percussion.

Neighborhood & Quiet Hours
Pineapple Castle is located in a residential Ballard neighborhood where homes are close together. Guests may occasionally hear normal neighborhood sounds from nearby homes, pets, vehicles, or people enjoying the area. We ask guests to keep conversations and music at a respectful level, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.

Gatherings & Events
The home is designed for small groups to spend time together but is not suitable for large parties or events.

Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and recreational drugs.

Pets
Pets are not permitted. Service animals, as defined by Airbnb policy, are welcome.
