About Property

Discover the ultimate blend of resort luxury and villa privacy at Casa De Cerveza, a breathtaking Hacienda-style estate in Cabo San Lucas. Located in the exclusive gated development of Punta Ballena, this gorgeous, light-filled home is situated just 12 feet away from the Exclusive Punta Ballena Beach Club and a mere two-minute walk from the beach, offering an unparalleled getaway for those seeking comfort and luxury.

This sprawling one-floor plan residence features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The layout is thoughtfully split into two wings. The first wing hosts a master suite with a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom featuring a bathtub jacuzzi and dual sinks, alongside a second independent bedroom with a queen-size bed and full bath. The opposite wing contains a second identical master suite—complete with an outdoor shower under a thatched roof—and a fourth bedroom featuring two twin beds (convertible to a queen) and a master-style bathroom with a jacuzzi tub.

At the heart of the home, an airy, fully equipped kitchen flows into a family room and dining area, both of which open to a luxurious sea-view garden. The estate's architecture is defined by the warmth of burgundy and pink marbles, vibrant tiles, and custom-made wooden furnishings, all designed by renowned architect Javier McAvoy and interior designer Geneva Clark.

Outside, the experience continues with a large wave-shaped infinity-style heated swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the marvelous sea-views of Cabo San Lucas. The beautifully landscaped grounds feature palm trees, a fire pit, and sun-shaded terraces equipped with a barbecue and dining zone.
