For dining and working, there is a small table that seats up to 4 people. To ensure a relaxing atmosphere, the space is fitted with air conditioning and entertainment options including a 5-inch Smart TV with Netflix access and unlimited private internet speed of 40 mbps.

While the studio serves as your private sanctuary, the building offers wonderful shared facilities to enhance your vacation. • ID Requirement: A valid government-issued ID must be presented at check-in for record-keeping purposes.

Electricity Policy: For weekly bookings (1 to 26 nights), an allowance of 21 kWh per day is included. For monthly rentals (28 nights or more), electricity is not included and will be charged at $0.39 USD per kWh (approx. 5.60 MXN per kWh). The concierge will provide the meter location for monitoring. Any outstanding balance is due at check-out via cash, credit card (with a 5% processing fee), or through the platform resolution center.
