The home is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The top level features a luxurious master bedroom suite equipped with a king bed, a private bathroom, and a TV. This retreat includes an open deck and a sundeck that provides one of the best views of the Gulf of Mexico, allowing you to see and hear the waves directly from your bed. A second bedroom offers a duo bunk (double on bottom and twin on top) with a TV, while the Bay side bedroom features a queen bed, a TV, and a small balcony with a great view of the bay. These two rooms share a full hallway bathroom.

The main level serves as the heart of the home, featuring a spacious living area with comfortable furniture, a TV, DVD player, and radio. Guests can enjoy meals at the large dining room table or the kid-friendly breakfast bar. The kitchen is nicely stocked with home amenities and offers a great view of the bay. For outdoor relaxation, the main level opens to a large screened-in porch, and a convenient half bath is also located on this floor.

Located in the serene environment of Cape San Blas, this property is ideal for those seeking a tranquil beachside atmosphere. We especially love Snowbirds! Low monthly winter rates are available from November through February for guests booking on a monthly basis. Please note that alternate dates must be pre-approved.
