Location & Neighborhood Located in Taos Ski Valley, New Mexico, this property is situated in a year-round destination famous for its scenic beauty. The condo is about a mile and a half from the lifts and base area, offering easy access to skiing, snowboarding, and the Via Ferrata. Nature enthusiasts can find hiking and mountain biking trails right out the door or enjoy fishing in the stream across the road. A short drive leads to the galleries, restaurants, and historic sites of Taos, including the Millicent Rogers Museum and Taos Pueblo, as well as day trips to Red River, Questa, and Angel Fire.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 21. Please note that pets are not allowed, and no smoking, parties, or events are permitted. Only registered guests are allowed, with a maximum occupancy of 4.

The condo is on the third floor; an elevator reaches the second floor, but stairs are required to reach the unit. There is no air conditioning or in-unit washer/dryer, though a laundromat is nearby. Shared parking is available for one vehicle (covered spaces are reserved). In winter, four-wheel or all-wheel drive is recommended due to steep, snow-packed mountain roads.
