This is a non-smoking home with a minimum renter age of 25; a guest 25 or older must reside on the property throughout the stay. Small dogs are welcome for free (up to two dogs 30 lbs or less, or one dog 60 lbs or less). Please note that motorcycles, trailers, boats, golf carts, RVs, and campers are not permitted. As the unit is currently for sale, there may be occasional 5 to 10 minute showings, for which guests will be notified in advance.
