For additional flexibility, the master bedroom includes a small pull out sofa, and the living room provides a queen sofa sleeper.

Property Highlights Designed for easy living, the condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, featuring a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, mounted microwave with exhaust fan, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher. A Reverse Osmosis water system provides filtered water at the sink and ice in the fridge. Dining options are plentiful, with an indoor table for 6, three tall counter chairs, and an additional outdoor dining table for 4 on the patio. The home also includes a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, private Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TVs with Direct TV in the living area and master bedroom.

Practical Information & Rules Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in depends on availability; it is free starting at 2:00 PM, while earlier arrivals incur a rush cleaning fee ($40 for 1:00 PM and $70 for 11:00 AM). Pets are allowed. Guests must obey all Casa Blanca HOA rules and regulations, and wristbands must be worn at all times during the visit. Please ensure the total number of guests is accurate at the time of booking. Note that cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processor fee.
