Sleeping arrangements are designed for maximum comfort, accommodating up to 6 guests. The layout features two bedrooms, each equipped with a king bed and a smart TV. For additional guests, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and another smart TV. Both bathrooms offer a tub/shower combo and are stocked with fresh towels and starter toiletries.

Inside, you will find stylish finishes throughout, including a kitchen with granite countertops and a full suite of appliances: a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, and utensils, along with a standard drip coffee maker. For relaxation, the condo features a covered balcony with seating directly overlooking the Little Pigeon River, where you can enjoy the sound of the water. A seasonal gas fireplace is available from October through March, weather permitting.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the property offers fantastic trout fishing right outside your door. A short drive will take you to Gatlinburg and the national park entrances.
