This inviting retreat is positioned on the top floor of a two-story building, offering a peaceful home base just a short, 20-minute walk from one of Maine's most beloved beaches.

The apartment is thoughtfully laid out to accommodate up to 4 guests. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and is kept cool with a window air conditioner. For additional guests, the living area includes a sofa that folds out into a small bed, and a twin cot is conveniently stored in the closet. The unit also includes one full bathroom equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Inside the 650-square-foot space, you will find a small, updated kitchen featuring new appliances and all the essential supplies needed to prepare your favorite meals. A round dining table with four chairs provides a cozy spot for morning coffee or dinner. For entertainment, a smart television with WiFi connectivity is available for your streaming needs. Guests can also step outside to enjoy the fresh air on the small attached deck.

Located in the heart of Old Orchard Beach, this home puts you within easy reach of the sand, local shops, and the area's amusement park. Whether you are seeking a rustic retreat or a convenient coastal getaway, this location provides the perfect balance of accessibility and relaxation.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that as this is an upstairs apartment with no elevator, guests must be able to climb one flight of stairs. One off-street parking space is provided in the driveway, and access to a Level 2 electric vehicle NEMA 14-50 charging outlet is included (please bring your own cable). Additional vehicles may utilize free street parking on Union Ave or at the nearby Park & Ride.

To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, we ask that guests honor quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect the neighbors and guests on the lower level. Please be advised that pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited on the property, and events are not permitted.
