Interior highlights include high ceilings, two spacious living rooms, and a cozy wood fireplace. The master bedroom on the second floor features a soothing soaking tub, while the open-plan basement provides a cool and dry space for guests. For climate control, mini-split AC units are located in the master bedroom and the first-floor open living space, ensuring the loft bedroom remains fully air conditioned.

Outdoor living is a focal point of this property. Guests have exclusive access to a secluded backyard featuring a private pool, a patio, and a large fire pit perfect for gathering and making unforgettable memories. Please note that the swimming pool is seasonal, closing the second week of September and reopening for Memorial Day weekend.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood tucked in the woods, the cabin is uniquely positioned for convenience. You are only 5 minutes from the Saco River entrance, 8 minutes from Walmart SuperCenter and Hannaford Supermarket, 9 minutes from Settlers Green Outlets, and 10 minutes from downtown North Conway. A car is required for transportation, with an SUV recommended during winter months.

• Check-in: 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dogs are permitted with prior approval; a $100 cleaning fee applies for one dog and $150 for two. Cats are strictly prohibited. ESAs are not exempt from the pet fee.
• House Rules: No renters under 30. No smoking inside. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. No food or drink by the pool, and children must be supervised in the pool area.
• Guest Responsibilities: Guests must wash and put away all dishes and clean the barbecue grill if used.
• Ordinances: Due to Conway noise ordinances, a $350 fine will be charged to the renter if police are called for disturbing the peace.
• Administration: An additional rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival.
