Below deck, you will find 4 modern bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 9 guests. As a true nautical experience, the houseboat rises and falls with the tides, so guests may notice the occasional creaking sounds as the hull settles onto the spud legs.

• Access: Via a 5m long, 1m wide lit gangway from a private deck on Embankment Road. Due to the boat design, the property is unsuitable for wheelchair access.

• Safety: The houseboat is not recommended for small children due to open balustrades on the deck and walkways; children must be supervised at all times.
• Pet Policy: Pets are welcome but must be kept off the furniture, and paws should be cleaned before returning to the boat.
