The location is ideal for explorers, positioned conveniently between Orange County and San Diego. Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM via a provided door code for self check-in.
• Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• Minimum Stay: A two-night minimum is required per City of Oceanside STR Ordinance; longer minimums may apply during holidays or special events.
• Parking: One spot is included. Please note the motor-court is accessed via a tunnel with tight clearance (6 ft 8 inches high and 8 ft 2 inches wide). Large vehicles may not fit; smaller vehicles are strongly recommended.
• Restrictions: Pets are not allowed. Parties, events, and professional photography shoots are strictly prohibited within the complex.
• Safety: This unit is not child-friendly. To ensure guest safety, Ring security cameras monitor the property entrances and parking area.
