Upstairs, you will find a second King bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the river and an en-suite bath, a Queen bedroom featuring a walk-in closet, and a versatile bunk room equipped with a twin-over-full bed and a twin trundle.

The expansive first floor is built for gathering, featuring a stunning screened-in porch with river views, a well-equipped kitchen, two distinct dining areas, a living room, and a dedicated office. For outdoor relaxation, the property boasts a patio with a gas grill and a large Solo fire pit. To ensure a seamless beach experience, the home provides beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, and two beach wagons.

Located in the heart of Kennebunk, Maine, the property is just a short 5-minute walk to the famous Gooch's beach. For added convenience, a beach parking pass is included, and there is on-site parking for up to 4 cars.

• Pets: Allowed with a $150 fee per dog. Please keep pets off the furniture. Certain breeds (including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and German Shepherds) are not permitted due to insurance restrictions.
• House Rules: This is a non-smoking property. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 7am. The indoor fireplace is for decorative purposes only and may not be used.
