This 60-second verification process must be completed within 48 hours of booking, or at least 2 hours prior to the check-in time if booking on the same day as check-in. 3) Confirming your contact information & agreement to our Rental Terms and Conditions

Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay. Before receiving check-in details, guests will choose one of two coverage options: -A refundable damage deposit held on their credit card, released shortly after checkout if no damage is reported. -A non-refundable damage waiver that covers minor accidental damages during the stay.

Guests who have questions about this process are encouraged to reach out prior to booking! The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. We thank you for your cooperation.
