Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a queen bed, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to recharge. The first floor is designed for gathering, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a dedicated dining room, and a full bathroom. One bedroom is conveniently located on the main level, while the upstairs houses two additional bedrooms. A bright sunroom serves as a beautiful transition to the outdoors, leading directly onto the welcoming deck.

To ensure a seamless stay, guests are provided with a starter pack containing paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and trash bags. Linen, bath, and beach towels are also provided (please use provided beach towels for the shore).

• Parking: Maximum of 4 cars
• Pets: Dogs are welcome upon approval only (maximum 2 dogs, $150 fee per dog)
• Restrictions: The indoor fireplace is not for guest use
• Security: Exterior cameras are located on the garage, porch, and front door
