The ground floor features a spacious living and dining room for gathering, a hallway, and a bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The modernly equipped open kitchen includes a ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms featuring double king size beds and cable TV, a third bedroom with two bunk beds, and a second bathroom. The basement provides a private fourth bedroom with a double king size bed and its own washbasin.

While the property is a sanctuary of relaxation, it is ideally located for adventure. In winter, wonderful cross-country trails are located right outside the front door, offering natural enjoyment along the Wilder Kaiser. Summer guests can relax in the garden with garden furniture after a mountain bike tour or hike, or visit two wonderful golf courses known as the 'emperor's most beautiful garden'. The center of Ellmau is conveniently reachable on foot within a few minutes.
