Our base pricing includes 2 guests. If your initial booking has more, they are already automatically accounted for in the pricing by Airbnb. However, if the guest count is incorrect where more guests need to be added to the booking, it is $29 per guest, per night plus tax, with a max of 6 guests. This is normally automatically update when initially booking but needs to be manually processed after a booking is confirmed.

1. Check-out Time is before 10:00am

2. Check-in Time is after 4pm.

• Early check-ins and late checkouts may be requested at least 24 hours in advance at a rate of $20/hour +hst but are not guaranteed.

3. No Smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes in the house.

4. No Parties or Special Events are permitted.

5. Do not drive around the house. Our driveway is on the north side and is an in-and-out only.

6. Pets Policy

We allow 1 small / medium dog per reservation. The maximum weight of the dog overnighting at the lodge is 80lbs. Note that the dog is not permitted to be on any of the furniture and is not to be left unattended in the lodge during your stay. We do not allow cats or any other animal to overnight at the lodge at this time. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for excess fur or pet cleanup. Damages caused by pets are charged on a case-by-case basis.

*Service animals are exempt from fees and rules.

*Emotional support dogs are not exempt from the rules or fees.

7. All furniture in the home is to remain indoors at all times no exceptions. Additional fees will apply for the use of indoor furniture outdoors.

8. Quiet hours begin at 11pm. We like to be respectful of our neighbours as well as our community.

9. We ask that you not deregister / logout from the Amazon accounts on the Fire TVs. If you deregister/logout we will not be able to sign back into the SeasideShacks account until after you check out.

10. Kindly ensure that all windows are closed if it rains during your stay. We also ask that you make sure all windows are closed and locked prior to checkout.

11. The BBQ is on a timer. Please do not touch the shut-off valve on the side of the house.

12. Report any damages to the host immediately.

13. We strive to keep the space fresh and comfortable for all guests. So cooking with strong-smelling food and spices (such as curry and/or lobster) that may leave lingering odours beyond your stay is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.

14. Lastly, we kindly ask that after enjoying the use of the kitchen and all its amenities, that the kitchen is left the way it was when you arrived. A dish drying rack is available for use as well as a dishwasher.

FEES

1.1 A $50 fee will be charged for every 15 minutes past each hour you're late checking out. ie, 10:15, 11:15.

2.1 An early check in may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

3.1 A $500 fee will be charged if smoking or vaping is determined in the house.

4. A $1,000 fee will be charged if a party is determined to be had in the home and guests will be asked to vacate.

6.1 A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for excess fur/pet or other cleanup.

6.2 A $100 fee will be charged for each additional dog or pet beyond the one dog permitted.Damages to furniture are assessed per incident and charged accordingly.

10.1. Damages to window sills or flooring due to rain water caused by guest negligence of an open window will be charged accordingly.

13.1 After we do our best to remove the smell, a refund may be warranted to the following guests if they determine that the smell is still too harsh. We reserve the right to charge the cost of any refund to the subsequent guest(s) as a fee and would happily provide proof of this.
