Location is everything at Big Tuna. You are just a 30-second drive or a quick 5-minute walk from the Sea Isle beach parking lot, making the sand and surf incredibly accessible. Whether you are visiting for a quick weekend or looking into reduced monthly rates for Winter Texans from October 1 to March 1, this location provides the ideal coastal atmosphere.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: Accommodations for up to 5 cars between the garage and driveway
• Pets: Up to 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. We kindly ask that pets remain off furniture, are crated if left indoors alone, and that guests clean up after them outside
• Group Policy: We welcome church groups and large family gatherings; however, any group exceeding 14 guests must be approved prior to booking
• Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book
• Restrictions: No parties are allowed on the premises
• Cancellation: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee
