Each of the four spacious bedrooms includes its own private ensuite, ensuring every guest enjoys their own personal space. The home is thoughtfully designed for accessibility, offering full wheelchair access to all areas and a fully fitted out disabled bathroom, making it a beautiful choice for the elderly and disabled.

While structured amenities are limited, the property's layout provides an exceptional guest experience. You will find multiple living areas perfectly set out for entertaining, a sheltered deck with stunning lake views, and a great yard for children to play. The interior is equipped with ducted air conditioning and heating throughout, high-end appliances, a BBQ, and a laundry. To make your stay seamless, all linen and towels are provided.

Tucked away at the back of Wellington Marina, the home faces the lake and park with only one neighbor, ensuring a serene environment. The marina is a quiet, safe haven where kids can explore on their bikes. For those with a boat, the boat ramp is just minutes away, and the lake is perfect for kayaking in tranquil weather. The property is conveniently located within a 10-minute drive to Tailem Bend and provides easy access to the Princes Highway. Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 2:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed and there is no WIFI at the property. To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, we ask guests to be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
