Please note the following additional costs: - Check-in between 9 p.m. and midnight: 100dh - Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: 200dh IMPORTANT: We inform our kind clientele that: - For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) a marriage certificate is mandatory and must be presented at the time of the check-in. - It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume illegal substances within the dwelling or residence. - Sex tourism is strictly prohibited under penalty of immediate expulsion and prosecution. - You are asked to adopt a good attitude towards the neighborhood (quiet hours between 23:00 and 8:00) and to respect local customs and customs. Parties and other events are not permitted. - If the rules of nuisance are not respected, the agency reserves the right to expel the tenants before the end of their stay. - Any additional guests must be declared to the host. - Only families, couples and mixed groups are allowed in our accommodation, in application of the rules of residence. - Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for his family and children, the Agency waives all liability in case of negligence on the part of the Tenant.

• • For ecological reasons and to avoid any abuse we inform our guests that the electricity consumption will be limited to 70KW per day or the equivalent of 10 hours of total electricity use of the villa for 10 hours in a row which is more than enough, in which case an excess of 1dh the KW (official price Radeema) will be charged to the check-out or collected from the airbnb deposit
