Outside, the property boasts a beautiful back porch complete with a patio set, providing a serene spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

Situated in a prime location, this cottage is one of the last remaining beach cottages in Old Orchard Beach. You are just under a mile from the famous OOB Pier and local shops, with a trolley that picks up every hour for easy transportation. For food lovers, a local sandwich shop renowned for making the BEST Lobster Rolls in Old Orchard Beach is located directly across the street.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in window from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome to join you on your vacation. Parking is included with your stay via dedicated off-street parking located in the driveways on the sides of the cottages; please note that the street space in front of the cottage is public and not reserved. Guests should be aware of a $500 pre-authorization hold placed during the stay to cover potential charges, which is released after departure.
