Designed for versatility, the home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with flexible sleeping arrangements spread across three floors. On the lower ground floor, you will find a bedroom with an ensuite and a double sofa bed in the lounge, which is recommended for children. The first floor houses another bedroom, while the second floor provides two additional bedrooms. By default, all beds are configured as kings, though two can be converted into twins upon request; please provide your preference at least 48 hours before arrival.

Kings Lea is designed for relaxation and socializing. The interior boasts two living rooms, including one equipped with a Smart TV, and an open-plan kitchen and dining space. This well-appointed area includes an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and washer dryer. The home is complemented by a ground floor shower room and a first-floor family bathroom featuring a bath and shower attachment.

Step outside to the private enclosed garden, a sunny haven featuring outdoor seating and a BBQ that is perfect for relaxed summer evenings. For those arriving by car, the property provides two parking permits for the car park directly opposite, with additional free street parking available just a two-minute walk away on Stanley Road.

Located in a prime position, you are only a short stroll from the charming pubs, fantastic restaurants, and unique independent shops of Lymington. For nature lovers, the stunning New Forest National Park is right on your doorstep, offering endless opportunities for exploration.
