The layout is designed for relaxation and convenience, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main floor offers a private bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The open-concept living area is centered around a cozy electric fireplace and includes a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances—including a dishwasher, convection oven/microwave, fridge, and stovetop—and a large island with seating for four. Upstairs, the second-floor loft houses another Queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a private balcony with western exposure that floods the space with natural light. Guests can also enjoy a second private balcony, both providing peaceful views of Blue Mountain and the surrounding resort.

While the condo is a private sanctuary, guests have shared access to wonderful resort facilities, including:

Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are also within a 10-15 minute drive.

• Shared, pay-per-use laundry facilities are located in Building #2.
• A secure online pre-check-in process is required, including photo ID and a security deposit collected offline.
