Additional House Notes: Entry is via an electronic deadbolt. Climate control is provided by two air-conditioning mini-splits (first-floor living room and second-floor hall), a third-floor window A/C unit, and wall electric heating units in the third bedroom and front porch area. Beach gear, including a caddy and chairs, is available in the basement along with the washer and dryer. The gas grill is available seasonally from May to September; please clean it after use. Note that firewood is not provided for the seasonal firepit. As Southern Maine is home to seasonal insects, bringing bug spray is recommended. During winter, snow removal is handled by a local service within 24 hours.
