The home is designed for gathering, featuring stylish open-concept living, dining, and entertainment areas with comfortable sofa seating and a large flat-screen TV. The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen featuring a kitchen island, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, electric kettle, and coffee makers (both Drip and Keurig). For added fun, the home includes a pool table and foosball table.

Outside, enjoy a beautiful lake view setting perfect for relaxing mornings and sunsets. The private screened pool and spa area comes complete with outdoor seating, lounge chairs, and a pool safety fence.

As part of the Windsor at Westside Resort, you have access to an 8,000-square-foot clubhouse, a lazy river, zero entry pool, water slides, kids' water slide playground, and a fitness center. Recreation options include sand volleyball, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts, along with a children' playground.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Free parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles. Commercial vehicles with logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are prohibited. The garage is not accessible.
• Pool Heat: Available for $40 per night (not offered April to October).
• Policies: Pets are NOT allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside. Parties and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Note: This is a self-catering home; starter supplies are provided, but additional toiletries and condiments should be brought by guests.
