On the first floor, you will find a master bedroom with a full en-suite bath, a second bedroom with a twin bed, and a convenient half bath in the hallway. The second floor provides three additional bedrooms with a variety of sleeping arrangements, including king and twin beds, as well as a dedicated office space located in the nook at the top of the stairs.

Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles, with specific details provided upon booking. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after booking. For the protection of the linens, please do not bring bath towels to the beach.

Cancellation Policy:

• 95% refund if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival
• 45% refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival
• No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival
