For additional flexibility, the sunroom provides a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress.

Inside, you will find a bright interior designed to make you feel welcome. The living space features plush furniture, a large TV for streaming your favorite movies, and a collection of board games for entertainment. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and stocked with quality cookware, serveware, and barware, including a dining table that seats six. Step outside to enjoy a private gas grill and Adirondack chairs, or grab the provided beach chairs and umbrella for a trip to the shore.

Located in Wells, this property is less than one mile from the beach, where you can swim, sail, and surf. Within a 10-mile radius, you can explore Wonder Mountain Fun Park, the Ogunquit Museum of American Art, and the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge. The surrounding areas of Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, York, Kittery, and Portsmouth offer endless shopping, dining, and the chance to taste world-famous lobster.
