This spacious main house is configured to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. The layout ensures plenty of room for the whole family to relax and unwind.

While the property offers a tranquil atmosphere, it is equipped with modern conveniences to enhance your stay. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with an automatic drip coffee maker and ample seating for family gatherings. For entertainment, guests can enjoy flatscreen smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom with access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and cable TV, as well as a stereo system. To ensure year-round comfort, the home features oil heat radiators on the main floor, electric baseboard heating on the second floor, and window air conditioning units in each of the three bedrooms.

Outside, you can enjoy summertime barbecues with the available gas grill or gather around the seasonal fire pit, which is available from May through October (please note that wood is not provided).

The location is ideal for exploring Ogunquit. You are less than half a mile away from several local restaurants and the ocean at Footbridge Beach. For a true taste of Maine, the Beach Plum Lobster Farm is located just around the corner, offering fresh lobsters that you can prepare right in your own kitchen.
