Practical Info & Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (Maximum of 2 dogs). All pets must be registered. Pets must stay off beds and furniture. A $50 fee applies if waste is not picked up. Unapproved pets will result in immediate vacation and a $1,000 fine.
• Fire Safety: Due to high wildfire risk, fires are strictly prohibited everywhere except the approved communal fire pit. Do not discard matches or cigarette butts on the ground.
• Other Restrictions: No parties and no smoking allowed. Noise violations will result in immediate eviction.
• Connectivity: Satellite internet is available at the community center; signal strength at the RV pad is not guaranteed.
