This unique property balances privacy and togetherness across two distinct buildings. The sleeping arrangements include 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Building 1 features a private King Suite with an ensuite bathroom. Building 2 contains a second secluded King Suite with an ensuite bathroom and a spacious Bunk Room equipped with two full double beds and two twin bunks, complemented by a full bathroom. For families with younger children, one of the bathrooms includes a bathtub. Every bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV for your convenience.

Outdoor living is where the magic happens, featuring over 2,400 sq ft of multi-level decking across four separate decks. The 'Wellness Deck' is a destination in itself, offering hot/cold contrast therapy with a hot tub boasting panoramic mountain views and a Vital+ cold plunge with triple-stage filtration. Guests can also enjoy the Reset & Restore wellness corner with yoga mats and blocks, a 2-person barrel sauna, and a fire pit with a swing for starlit evenings. For entertainment, the property provides a pool table, shuffleboard, tabletop ping pong, a projector and screen for outdoor movie nights, and various board games.

Located on Carter Mountain, the property is just minutes from Hochatown. Please note that road access is a mix of paved and gravel, and the mountain road is steep; therefore, SUVs or trucks are strongly recommended for the journey.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs (under 50 lbs) allowed with prior approval ($150 flat fee per dog per stay)
• Rules: No parties, events, or fireworks. No smoking indoors, on porches, or on decks (permitted only around the fire pit).
• Requirements: Primary renter must be 25+ (21–24 with prior approval).
• Security: Outward-facing cameras are located at the front entry and rear patio for safety.
• Penalties: $300 per unapproved pet; $300 per guest over maximum occupancy.
