Black Bear Manor serves as the heart of the compound, featuring five spacious bedrooms, three full baths, and one 3/4 bath. This main house blends timeless elegance with a modern design, boasting new furniture, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, and an expansive family room. A grand staircase leads to a versatile loft equipped with a Samsung TV and a pool table that converts to ping pong, while a cozy sitting nook offers breathtaking views of the private lake.

Following a stone path leads you to White Tail Lodge, which features a king bedroom, a full bedroom, a twin daybed room, and a bunk room. This home blends historic charm with modern luxury, offering a three-season sunroom, a full kitchen, and a shared full bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Outside, an outdoor patio with a fireplace and gourmet BBQ grill awaits.

For additional privacy, Fox Cottage and Turtle Cove both feature 3/4 bathrooms. Fox Cottage provides a kitchenette and grand views of the estate, while Turtle Cove offers a charming atmosphere; both are located just a short walk from the hot tub via a stone path.

• Primary booker must be at least 30 years old
• Pets: Up to two dogs allowed (additional fee applies); must be disclosed prior to arrival
• Seasonal Availability: Turtle Cove and Fox Cottage are available from April 1st to November 30th
• Events: All events and outside vendors must be pre-approved and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• Parking: Driveway accommodates up to ten cars
• Early check-in/late checkout available for 50% of the nightly rate
