The main level boasts a soaring great room with a stunning stone fireplace, rich hickory flooring, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with double ovens and a large pantry. • Check-in: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed with a non-refundable $350 cleaning fee (must be disclosed at booking). Dogs must remain leashed at all times in Tahoe Meadows.
• Parking: Maximum 6 vehicles (Garage and Garage port); street parking is strictly forbidden and subject to a $500 fine.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8 AM. Hot tub use is forbidden during these hours. Excessive noise may result in a $1,000 fine.
• Restrictions: No parties or gatherings; no smoking inside; minimum booking age is 21.
• Important Note: This multi-level home contains several staircases; the elevator is not available for guest use.
