Melrose rules

1. Check-In/Check-Out: • Check-in time: 3:00 PM • Check-out time: 11:00 AM. • Please respect check-in and check-out times. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.

2. Maximum Occupancy: • The maximum number of guests allowed is as specified in the Airbnb listing. Do not exceed this limit. Visitors are allowed during the day but must not exceed the maximum guest limit.

3. Quiet Hours: • We encourage a peaceful environment for all guests. Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 08:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

4. Respectful Behavior: • Please treat the villa and its surroundings with care and respect. Please take care of the furniture, appliances, and amenities provided. Any damage or excessive mess caused during your stay may incur additional charges. • Respect the privacy and quiet enjoyment of our neighbours. Do not disturb or enter neighbouring properties. • Avoid making excessive noise, especially between 08:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

5. Parties and Events: • Parties and large gatherings are not allowed without prior approval from the host. • Please respect the tranquil environment and avoid disturbing the neighbourhood. • No Glitter or Confetti: To maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the villa, we kindly ask guests not to use glitter or confetti during their stay. • No Firearms or Fireworks: For the safety of all guests our staff members and the villa itself, firearms and fireworks are not allowed within the property.

6. No Commercial Photo or Video Shooting: • While we encourage you to capture beautiful memories of your stay, any commercial use of photos or videos taken within the villa is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the villa management.

7. No Smoking: • Our villa is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

8. Parking: • Park vehicles only in designated parking areas and follow any specific parking instructions provided.

9. Pets Policy: • While we love pets, we have a no-pets policy to accommodate guests with allergies. Please refrain from bringing any pets to the villa.

10. Appliances and Amenities: • Use all appliances and amenities (e.g., kitchen appliances, AC, TV, etc.) with care and turn them off when not in use. • Do not remove any items from the villa, including linens, towels, and kitchenware.

11. Garbage Disposal: • Please use designated trash bins for garbage disposal. If you're unsure about the disposal process, feel free to ask us.

12. Security and Locks: • Ensure all doors and windows are locked securely when leaving the villa. • Keep your valuables and personal belongings secure. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during your stay. • Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.

13. Swimming Pool Usage: • Use the swimming pool responsibly. There is no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk. • Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

14. Guests' Health and Safety: • Guests are advised to take necessary precautions to ensure their well-being. • Guests are responsible for taking care of their own health and safety while staying at the villa. • No illegal substances allowed on the premises. • The host shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur to guests during their stay.

15. Environmental Responsibility: • Please help us conserve energy and water by turning off lights, AC, and other appliances when not in use. • Let us know if there are any water leaks or other maintenance issues.

16. Compliance with Laws: • Guests are expected to comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay at the villa.

17. Reporting Issues: • If you encounter any problems or have questions during your stay, please contact the host promptly for assistance.
