Welcome to Three Buoys, a comfortable coastal retreat located in the charming seaside town of Scituate, Massachusetts. This inviting home offers a relaxed setting ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy time near the ocean and experience a classic New England coastal community.

The home is thoughtfully designed for groups, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are located entirely on the second floor to provide a quiet and private space to unwind. Two of the bedrooms each feature 2 twin XL beds, while the other two bedrooms each include a cozy queen bed. For added comfort, all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans to keep the space cool throughout your stay. The two full bathrooms are conveniently located on both the first and second floors.

Gather in the heart of the home, where the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals. The kitchen island offers seating for 4, making it a great spot for morning coffee or casual meals, while the dining table comfortably seats 6 guests. After a day of exploration, guests can unwind in the cozy living area, the perfect place to connect and make lasting memories.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Three Buoys experience. The exterior space features a propane grill, table, and seating area for family meals. For your convenience, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off sand and saltwater; please note that this shower is open and not private. Guests will also enjoy ocean views and a refreshing coastal breeze.

Located in a prime coastal position, the property offers direct access to a private beach from the house. Other local attractions are just minutes away, including Humarock Beach (5 mins), Peggotty Beach (19 mins), Scituate Harbor (22 mins), and the Scituate Lighthouse (24 mins).

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Rules: No pets, no parties, no smoking, and no illegal activity. Only registered guests are allowed.
• Booking Requirements: The guest who books must be staying on the property. Minimum booking age is 25 with valid ID required.
• Guest Agreement: A separate legal Guest Agreement from the 5 Str Co-Host is required. A link will be sent after booking; signing this document is mandatory to complete the reservation.
• Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended for all guests.
