To maintain these exceptional standards and ensure a seamless stay, please carefully review and adhere to our master house rules:

🚭 STRICT NO-SMOKING POLICY (INDOORS) • There is an absolute, zero-tolerance ban on all smoking, vaping, or electronic cigarettes INSIDE the property at any time. • Per Atlanta Fire Regulations, Hookahs are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. • Violations will result in an immediate $1,500 to $3,000 professional smoke remediation and deep-cleaning fee, alongside the potential cancellation of the remaining reservation without a refund.

🚬 OUTDOOR SMOKING GUIDELINES • Smoking is strictly confined to designated outdoor areas only. • Please utilize the provided disposal stations where available. Do not discard ashes or debris on the ground, lawn, or outdoor furniture.

🤫 NEIGHBORHOOD QUIET HOURS (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM) • To respect our local families and neighbors, strict quiet hours are enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music, outdoor shouting, or disruptive noise is permitted at any time. • Failure to comply will result in an immediate fine equal to one full night's rent, plus legal financial responsibility for any lost revenue or compensation paid to neighboring units disrupted by the noise.

🚫 ABSOLUTE PARTY & EVENT BAN • In strict compliance with City of Atlanta ordinances, gatherings, unauthorized events, and parties of any kind are completely prohibited. • Any violation will result in local law enforcement intervention, city citations, immediate termination of your stay, and total forfeiture of all paid lodging fees.

👥 REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY • Only guests explicitly listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No outside visitors or unregistered guests are allowed without prior written permission from the host. If your group size changes, simply message us to update your reservation!

📸 COMMERCIAL MEDIA RESTRICTION • Personal photos and vacation selfies are highly encouraged! However, professional photoshoots, commercial filming, or media production are strictly prohibited without a formal commercial contract and prior written approval.

⏱️ SAME-DAY BOOKING ARRIVALS • For reservations booked on the same day as arrival, please note that checking-in time may extend until 6:00 PM due to standard turnover and cleaning schedules. Please coordinate directly with your host for a real-time estimation of when your unit will be fully ready.

🔒 COMPLIANCE & RENTER AGREEMENT • Final activation of your stay requires the primary guest to sign our standard digital Renter Agreement through our secure booking system. A secure link will be automatically sent to your inbox immediately following your booking. • Failure to comply with any of the stated house rules may result in the immediate forfeiture of your security deposit, financial penalties, and/or immediate eviction without a refund.
