This spacious home is designed for large families and groups, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a total guest capacity of 15. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the house. The first floor offers a queen bedroom and a full bathroom. Upstairs, you will find the primary suite featuring a king bed and an ensuite bath, alongside a second queen bedroom and a large bunk room equipped with two bunk beds (four full-size beds and one twin bed).

Designed for maximum entertainment and relaxation, the property is packed with features for all ages:

The Wells trolley stop is conveniently located just one block away, granting easy access to Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, local shopping, and restaurants.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided; we kindly ask that bath towels not be taken to the beach. A rental agreement is required upon booking. A tiered cancellation policy applies: 95% refund if canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival, 45% if canceled more than 30 days prior, and no refund within 30 days of arrival.
