Large front windows invite an abundance of natural light and provide stunning ocean views that you can enjoy from the comfort of the couch.

Step outside onto your private deck to take in unobstructed sweeping views of the Atlantic. Guests also have access to the open, well-maintained common grounds, which include a yard area with Adirondack chairs perfect for sunbathing and lounging.

Inside, the home is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen featuring all major appliances and a drip coffee maker. The living room provides a 50" Roku smart TV and a three-person bar height table, which serves as an excellent work-from-home space. For your comfort, the unit features central AC and heat via a high-efficient mini-split system. Two off-street parking spots are provided for your convenience.

Located in Rye, New Hampshire, this destination is celebrated for its unique beaches, tasty seafood, and coastal charm. The town boasts the longest coastline of any coastal town in the state and is ideally sandwiched between Hampton to the south and Portsmouth to the north. It is also conveniently situated within a one-hour drive of Boston, Portland, and the White Mountains.
